Total Barre is a combination of Pilates, Ballet, and Light Weight Training designed to give you a total body work out.
Class Times: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30am
Comfortable and Relaxed General Work Out Clothing.
Yoga Socks or Bare Feet.
The drop in rate for this class is $10.00 per class. As class start to fill up, we will be offering a monthly membership which will provide the membership holder with priority access to classes. This is to ensure that class sizes remain appropriate.
Drop ins will be welcome provide space is available.
