Tuition and Fees
Monthly tuition is $100 per month payable by automatic credit card transaction on the 1st of each month.
A $50 (non-refundable) costume deposit per style of dance is due by December 1st with a remaining costume balance due in March (The remaining balance is determined by the actual cost of the costumes and can not be predetermined. It is generally between $15 and $35 per costume) Students will not receive their costumes until their account is up to date with a -0- balance.
A Note about the costume deposit: (The payment is due in full by December 1st. Any payment received after December 1st will be assessed a fee of $25 per costume. Costumes will not be ordered for any dancer whose costume deposit has not been paid by December 16th. Payments made between the 1st and 16th that do not include the additional $25 per costume will not be accepted until full payment is made. No dancer will participate in the recital without a costume. (I realize that this sounds a little strict, but our backs are really against the wall when it comes to costume orders. If we do not get the order in in a timely manner, we may not have them in time for the recital and because most of the costumes are more than the $50 deposit, it is a very large sum for the studio to front in order to get them ordered. We try to make this as easy as possible, but there just is not much room for error)

Automatic Credit/Debit Card Authorization
Stacia’s School of Dance requires all dancers to pay tuition through an automatic credit card authorization. In order to do this, each family is required to fill out an authorization form giving Stacia’s School of Dance permission to charge the listed credit/debit card for their monthly tuition.
Stacia’s School of Dance accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
Dropout Policy and Late Fees
There is no fee assessed for dropping out of dance. Stacias School of Dance does require one paid month notice of your intent to dropout. Your dancer can dance during that month, but payment for that month is required either way. If you drop out the second week of October, you will be charged for November tuition, so your child can dance through November.
It is each family's responsibility to maintain your credit/debit card in good standing with Stacia's School of Dance. If your card is declined for monthly tuition, you will be notified by e-mail and given 5 days from the date of that e-mail to correct the problem and clear your account. After the 5 days, there will be a $10 late fee applied to your account. There will be a $10 administrative fee applied to any payment recieved by any method other than the credit/debit card on file. For example, if you do not clear your account within the 5 day period and pay your tuition with cash, check, or a different credit/debit card than the one you have on file, then you will owe an additional $20 in fees.
If your card was declined because it was lost or stolen and you need to change the account information on file, you may do so within the 5 day notification period for no charge.
